Synopsis

Cemile and Sezgin have been carving their love on the walls and streets of Izmir for 5 years. The writers on Dominik Street residents have a wide variety of theories about who these mysterious characters are. This short documentary is about the use of urban surfaces and urban legends.

Aylin Kuryel

Aylin Kuryel

She completed his undergraduate degree in Boğaziçi University Psychology Department. She did his master's and doctorate in the Cultural Analysis (ASCA) program of the University of Amsterdam on nationalism  and image politics. She is a compiler of Cultural Activism: Practices, Dilemmas and Possibilities (Rodopi Press, 2011) and Resistance and Aesthetics in the Age of Global Uprisings (İletişim Publishing, 2015). She works as an academic at the University of Amsterdam. She also produces documentaries and short films.


Raşel Meseri

Raşel Meseri

Raşel Meseri, E.Ü. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts Cinema-TV department and made various documentaries and short films. She has theater plays, children's books, and novels. Six books of the series of Adventures with Can and Shine have been published so far. His novels include The Lost Song of Sharks and Broken City. Being Jewish in Turkey: An Experience in dictionary is one of the editors of the book.
