Sabine Steyer-Violet

Sabine Steyer-Violet was born in 1981 and studied Visual Communication with Wim Wenders at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg. During and after her studies she shot a cinema documentary, various documentary contributions for arte and Zdf and at the same time went through all productional stations from setrunner to production manager. In the following years Sabine Steyer-Violet produced TV documentaries for National Geographic and Discovery Channel, European cinema co-productions (NUIT DE CHIEN), TV series (BLOCHIN) and music videos. Sabine Steyer-Violet now focuses exclusively to the creative side of producing, as a screenwriter (e.g. ELDORADO KADEWE, ANDERE ELTERN), script consultant and creative producer (UNORTHODOX). In addition, she founded the music consulting company Supertape and supervised numerous projects as music supervisor, such as the TV series BAD BANKS or the Netflix series TRANSATLANTIC.
