Synopsis
The documentary begins with the story of the Muslim feminist Konca Kuriş, who was kidnapped and killed by Hizbullah in the '90s. A brief history of Muslim women struggle for equality in Turkey since the killing Konca Kuriş, Why the concept of Islamic feminism is needed and the growing number of Muslim feminists are examined. Through their experiences, Muslim feminists talked about the feminist path they adopted by rejecting the female roles drawn to them in religion.

She was born in 1988 in Bilecik. She previously worked as a volunteer editor for literary magazines and different websites. Her news were published on Sivil Sayfalar, Yeşil Gazete, Artı Gerçek websites. She worked as a social media editor at Artı TV for 2.5 years. She produced written and video news content in an organization called VidyoLog. She is a student of Nişantaşı University, FEAS New Media Department. Currently, it continues to produce written, audio, video news and visual content independently.
