Synopsis
A mountain slope, an orchard, a house. Idyllic pictures in southern Serbia. Three generations under the roof of the house that is being prepared for its transmission. Everyone with their own inheritance, which has to be carried together - Memories, fictions, what is there but does not find a place, what no one wants and still does not let go of. An approach to history that becomes part of one’s own. Home is complicated, inheriting may be a burden and Tito becomes a symbol for something that has been - a filmic examination of what remains.

Olga Kosanović
Olga Kosanović, born 01.04.1995 in Austria, is a director and cinematographer living in Vienna. In 2020 she graduated at HFBK Hamburg in the film class of Angela Schanelec. In 2017/18 she was an exchange student at the Film Academy FAMU in Prague. She is also a graduate of "Die Graphische" and the School for Independent Film "Friedl Kubelka" in Vienna. Her short films have screened at numerous International Festivals, and in 2021 she was awarded the 3Sat Young Filmmakers Award at the Short Film Festival Oberhausen for her film "Comrade Tito, I Inherit".
