
Synopsis
Out of Sight, by the Forest is a documentary following the story of three activists: Bogna, Aleks, and Angelika who have been fighting to end fur farming in Poland for the last decade. The movie captures the behind-the-scenes work of their activist investigative group as they expose the scale of injustice and suffering that humans inflict on animals. The goal is simple: to ban fur farming in Poland.

Nadina Dobrowolska

Nadina Dobrowolska was born in 1990 in Głuchołazy, graduated from the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School in Katowice, where she studied Film and TV Production. An animal rights activist for many years, Dobrowolska's debut documentary Out of Sight, On the Edge of the Forest explores the role of animals in modern society. For her first feature-length film, she found inspiration in the documentary work of filmmakers like Werner Herzog and Wim Wenders.
