Synopsis
A group of migrants seeking a better life falls into the trap of a human trafficker, confronting the pain of their past while uniting for freedom inside sealed cargo boxes.

Gizem Tataroğlu
Gizem Tataroğlu is a director, screenwriter, and actress producing works in cinema and performing arts. She studied acting at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and earned a master’s degree in dance theater at Dokuz Eylül University. She has worked in physical theater and performance arts. She studied producing and directing at Vancouver Film School. She continues her international festival journey with her experimental, wordless dance film “Cargo” and is currently developing her first feature film focusing on the theme of immigration.
