Priya Sircar is an artist and arts advocate. A dancer-choreographer, actor and former musician, Priya strives to enrich the lives of all people through arts and culture. From 2021-2024, she served as the City of Charlotte, North Carolina’s first arts and culture officer. She is founder of the new social venture Road Openers, LLC, which connects people and ideas to collaborators, resources, and creative energy. Murmuration is her directorial debut.
