Synopsis
The opening of a recycling pool in a village school will be attended by the district's governor, mayor, director of national education and other high level protocol members. At the opening ceremony on a sunny day, the protocol members sit at a shaded table while everyone else stays in the sun. The arrogant behavior of the protocol members baffles the school principal.
