Synopsis
District Governor Behçet and his screenwriter wife Ilgın move to a village where the villagers pressure them to drain a water canal in which their children fell and drowned. Behçet denies any responsibility in the incident and blames the villagers for the children's deaths, while Ilgın remains detached and turns the events into material for a screenplay. The villagers are determined to take revenge for the deaths of their children.

Ecre Begüm Bayrak Born in 2001 in Kocaeli, İzmit, she completed her primary and secondary education there. In 2019, she enrolled in the Radio, TV, and Cinema department at Istanbul University and graduated with honors in 2023. During her student years, she worked as an assistant director. In 2021, she portrayed the character of Ebru in the film Cam Perde directed by Fikret Reyhan. In 2024, she began her master's degree in the Cinema Department at Marmara University. Her project Kurtlar received support from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, leading her to direct her first short film. She currently works as a creative producer assistant at a production company. Throughout her childhood up to university, she received training in theatre, painting, and creative writing. She writes, directs, photographs, and acts.
