Synopsis
Aslı is recently appointed as a nurse to a small, distant town, where the winter has become seemingly endless this year and raised rumours of bears awakening early from their winter-sleep. When a man from the town goes missing, Aslı finds herself surrounded by power relationships, secrets, and doubts.

Selcen Ergun
After studying Industrial Design at METU, Selcen obtained her Masters Degree in Screenwriting and Directing at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is a Berlinale Talents alumna and selected for the Medienboard Nipkow Berlin Artist-in-Residency. Her debut feature film, 'Snow and the Bear', made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival 2022 and won many international awards including the ‘New Directors Award’ at the 66th San Francisco International Film Festival, Best First Film and Best Actress Awards at the 59th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival.
